Return Policy (clothing)

Before placing an order, we encourage you to carefully check your size and use the reference guides we provide. Every return impacts the environment through emissions and waste—help us minimize this.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, altered, or show signs of misuse.

The return shipping cost is €4.00, which will be deducted from your refund. However, if the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.

Refunds will include the product amount, but shipping costs will be deducted.

Return Policy (artwork/posters)

If you receive a damaged poster, please contact our support team at contact@mashmondays.com within 48 hours of delivery. To streamline the process, include your order number and the following photos:

• A photo of the shipping label.

• A photo showing the damage to the affected item(s).

• A close-up photo of the damage.

These images will help us file a claim with the carrier and, in line with our policy, send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
